Moving away from mainstream soybean-based, we proudly revive the uses of forgotten legumes, Koro Gude (Pigeon Peas), to create our artisan Kecap Manis. We believe that timeless flavor requires patience. This, we use the old method of two-tier fermentation process, dry, and wet fermentation. Such process takes over 6 months to develop the full flavor of the bean, before being extracted and cooked with other selected ingredients to create this signature Kecap Manis.
