Javara Forest Blossom Honey is produced sustainably by local beekeepers in Jambi, Sumatra, Indonesia. It is made from 100% honey with high enzyme activity as a sign of no refining and heating process to ensure all the goodness of honey remains intact. The beekeeping farm is located within the peatland region and mainly contains pollen from ferns, wild berries, and pines. Such a growing ecosystem that contributes to its signature dark color and layers of taste. The lab test has shown that Javara Forest Blossom Honey has a high antioxidant activity that can help to increase our body response against free radicals. We also use microscopic pollen identification and carbon isotope ratio analysis to prove the authenticity of the honey.
