We are proud to deliver the highest quality handcrafted pure sea salt from Pemuteran Village, North Bali.
Our Pemuteran – Bali Artisan Salt is made from the evaporation of pristine seawater of North Bali. The key of our quality lies on the double filtering of the sea water as well as the sun-drying evaporation process that is done on a large tabletop inside a solar house. This technique allows us to ensure purity of the salt, minimizing any contaminants (sand, soil, micro plastics).
The uses of solar house also guarantee year round production for the salt artisans, allowing them to adapt to climate change which previously has disrupted their annual production routines.
